Keeping the same in mind, we manufacture the array of Flow & Water Meters, Flanged & Pipe Fittings, Cast Steel & Iron Valves and Testing Equipment. Further, we ensure that these offered products are delivered at patrons' premises in stipulated time frame. Our patrons are based across South/West Africa, Indian Subcontinent and North America.
Quality Assurance
We are an ISO 9001:2000 & 14001:2004 certified firm, engaged in manufacturing, supplying, trading and exporting a wide range of Flow & Water Meters, Flanged & Pipe Fittings, Cast Steel & Iron Valves and Testing Equipment. The demand of offered products is consistently rising as these are IS:779/1994 approved. To ensure the same, we manufacture offered array using optimum quality metal like iron & steel and other requisite components. Further, to ensure that above named raw material is high in quality, we source it from the most trustworthy vendors of the industry. In addition to this, we carry out the whole manufacturing process by keeping in mind the internationally followed quality standards. For the manufacturing process, we making use of contemporary lathes, captain and automatic machines via suitable instrument viz. thread gauges, temples, micrometers and gauges for thread dimension. We also make these valves, fittings and meters go through a quality test process so as to ensure flawlessness at our equipped testing unit. As there are various benches for measuring accuracy of sizes 15, 20, 25, 40 and 50 mm water meters supported by rota meter, quick action valves and pressure gauges. The whole range of meters is tested individually as well as in series as asked by patron.
